Nana’s Ricotta Cake

Nana’s Ricotta Cake

 

1 Yellow Cake Mix

1 3/4 cup Ricotta

3 Eggs

3/4 cup Sugar

1 teaspoon Vanilla

powdered sugar to decorate

 

Prepare yellow cake mix according to directions. Pour into a greased 13″ x 9″ glass cake pan. Mix ricotta with the three eggs, adding the eggs one at a time. Add sugar and vanilla. Mix thoroughly and pour over top of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown. While still hot, sprinkle top with powdered sugar. Allow to cool before cutting.
